In 2010 Alaina received an emergency communique from a colleague at Berkeley Repertory Theatre–they needed a bird puppeteer, and they needed one now! Alaina answered the hero’s call and began a long successful relationship with Berkeley Rep, where she had the honor of working (and, occasionally, imbibing) alongside many cultural and creative luminaries including celebrities such as Mikhail Baryshnikov and Patrick Stewart, as well as a multitude of extraordinary non-celebrity artists and technicians.
